If life assured dies after one year from
the date of
acceptance of the policy, but before the end of the
policy term.

Sum assured defined above will be payable
in 12 equal monthly installments from end of the month of
death. |
If life assured dies due
to accident or total permanent disability occurs due
to accident at any time before end of the policy term.
|
If death or total permanent disability
occurs due to accident at any time before end of the
policy term, an additional benefit of 50% of the Sum
Assured will be payable in 12 monthly installments from
the end of the month of death or total permanent disability.
The policy will continue till the end of the policy
term after paying the disability benefit. The policyholder
has to pay the premium as per the contract and the policyholder
shall be entitled to death benefit in case if he dies
before the end of the policy term. |
