Download Premium Paid certificate

The Premium Paid Certificate is the proof of premium payment after you buy the Shriram Life Critical Illness Care Rider. You can download the certificate online in the following four steps:

  • Step  01

    Provide your policy number

  • Step  02

     Provide your date of birth

  • Step  03

     Choose the correct financial year in which you bought the rider

  • Step  04

     Click 'Proceed', and you will be able to download the digital version of the premium paid certificate for the Shriram Life Critical Illness Care Rider.

If you want to get an offline copy of your rider documents, you can visit the nearest Shriram Life Insurance branch and receive friendly assistance from the company's executives.
